Enrollment is limited; our maximum ratio is 1:6. A
child may attend regardless of race, color, religion or ethnic
origin. Children may be enrolled 2 days, 3 days, or all 5 days of
the week.

In the Ladybug class children are introduced to school in a fun,
loving and Christian environment. They are encouraged to use all
areas of the classroom, Cognitive, Block, Dramatic play, Self-help Art
and Reading/Books as they play. They have their own playground with
structures and equipment geared for 2 to 3 year old children.
Throughout the day we offer a variety of hands-on sensory and art
activities. The children have one Circle Time a day that includes
songs, movement, stories and learning concepts. As the youngest
class at Little Angels, the Ladybug class focuses on social and
emotional growth along with nurturing the development of each unique
individual.

Tuition
The Bumble Bee class will explore many things through play in a
safe, loving and Christian atmosphere. The classroom is transformed
each month into one of their themes. The children may explore the
following areas of the classroom daily: Music, Blocks, Dramatic play,
Cognitive, Self-help Art, Science, and Reading. Art is offered daily as well
as weekly cooking. The children are exposed to various cognitive
concepts in Small Circle time. In Large Circle the children will
experience dance and movement through a wide array of music.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays they have a music teacher to provide additional songs and
movement.

Tuition
The Butterfly class is our Pre-Kindergarten class.
They focus on one
letter per week, with art, cooking, worksheets and phonics around
that letter. The children also have choices of classroom and outdoor
areas. These are the times when art, dramatic play, science, blocks,
bicycles, gardening and play structures are a choice. These activities are often related to a monthly unit
the class is studying. During the morning there are 40 minutes of
academic centers. At this time they are rotated between different
stations such as Computers, Manipulatives, Writing, Math, Reading and listening. The Butterflies have a music teacher
on Wednesdays and Thursdays to add to their music experience.
Exclusive to this class is Chapel Time for simple bible lessons.
This is offered once a month with the Pastor
of Trinity Lutheran Church. |
